Delivery Disputes

If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we can process a new order.

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned to the sender or cannot be redelivered, we cannot provide a full refund as shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers may place a new order, but the shipping fee must be covered via an invoice after contacting customer service.
Customs Charges

Our product prices do not include international duties or customs fees. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
