Delivery and Shipping

You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched.

Delivery Disputes

  • If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we can process a new order.

  • If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned to the sender or cannot be redelivered, we cannot provide a full refund as shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers may place a new order, but the shipping fee must be covered via an invoice after contacting customer service.

Customs Charges

  • Our product prices do not include international duties or customs fees. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control.

  • Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

  • Spice Beauty is not responsible if your country’s postal authority fails to notify you of any outstanding customs duties or taxes.
